Service Description

Reserve the climate controlled Bone Pool for a private one hour session for 3-6 dogs. All attendees must sign the K9 Water World Release and Waiver prior to being allowed access to the pool facilities.

Cancellation Policy

K9 Water World has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. To cancel or reschedule please visit the member portal, located in the top left corner of the website, 24 hours in advance. For any additional assistance feel free to contact us directly via phone or email.

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation anytime 24 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled rental.

Rescheduling or cancellations can be made in the event of inclement weather such as lightning or hail during the time of your session. Please note, being an outdoor pool facility we do not issue refunds for rain alone.
